About yellow door provisions

I decided to open a bakery under Colorado’s Cottage Food Act after realizing I needed an outlet during the pandemic. Baking has always been a joy for me. Testing recipes, delivering fresh baked cookies to friends and neighbors, and learning about the science behind baking at altitude was a great escape from the dumpster fire that was 2020 (and 2021…). Opening a home bakery seemed like the next step. I am excited to share these recipes with you!

When I’m not baking, I work as a school based speech-language pathologist. Most of my pick up times will be on Saturdays and Sundays, but there may be some weeknights available, too! Social media will be the best place to find out pick up dates and current menu. I’ll be adding new items to the menu as we go—I hope you’ll try them all!
